We think our service is pretty special, but don’t just take our word for it.

Below is just a small selection of the feedback that we have received in the past 12 months:

Dear Ian

I have telephoned them this morning (as they didn't call me) and spoken to "Helena" (who sounded disturbingly like April) but who said that they were trying to call Domsalla Builders and would try again tomorrow.

Anyway, I persuaded her to call Domsalla now and she very kindly put me on hold and came back and said that Domsalla would 'phone me tomorrow to make an appointment.

Hooray!

Helena added that it would have to be tomorrow because Michelle (who would normally book it in, is out) - OK no problem, fair enough.

Helena added, interestingly, that the "managers are monitoring this claim on a daily basis"

So thanks again for your help! I am wondering what success I would have had if OAMPS were not there to help me? None, I guess.

Thank you so much for giving up your time today in trying to resolve the hiccups in the Zurich chain! I must say that I felt alot better having been reassured by you that the wheels are at last moving!

So, I look forward to confirmation from you that Zurich have coughed up & that I shall no longer have judgements made against me!

In this day and age of such direct and impersonal communication, it was refreshing to be welcomed and so ably helped by you and your colleague.
