Who to call to make a claim
During normal business hours our Claims Manager Ian Braidwood is always available to assist and advise with all manner of claims matters. He can be contacted on 01737 230319. However for straightforward matters, or when our offices are closed, you can report a claim directly to the insurers.
We have listed below a number of 24 hour claims lines that operate 365 days a year which allow you to report a claim. In many cases using the insurers claim line to report the claim saves the need to fill in a claim form.
