The real test of any insurance policy is the claims service. At OAMPS we have always prided ourselves in taking a hands on approach to claims.
We will provide help and assistance when you need it. Your usual OAMPS contact can provide advice in completing claim forms and with aspects of cover and we also have set up an in house claims department headed by Ian Braidwood.
In times of crisis we will introduce and involve specialist loss adjusters, claims managers, specialist disaster assistance and remediation companies and other experts to enable your claim to be processed speedily, to minimize the disruption to you and your business and to work with you to ensure that life returns to normal in the shortest possible time.
We also have facilities with a Specialist Disaster Recovery firm who provide a service designed to swing into action in the event of a major loss and goes far beyond the scope of a conventional insurer claims service.
